Filler Drive Exchange Program

We offer completely rebuilt and guaranteed filler drive and in motion timer modules for Angelus Model 61H, and 120L seamers. These units are available on an exchange basis. The program works like this:

1. Once you call and place your order, we will ship and bill you for the complete unit.
   
2. After you have installed this unit you simply send us the old one for inspection.
   
3. If the core is suitable for rebuilding, we will issue you a credit.
   
4. If the core is not suitable for rebuilding, we will return it to you.

Customer Training

One of the services that we offer which sets us apart from the rest of the industry, is customer training. This program was developed in an effort to help our customers keep pace with ever increasing demand for technical knowledge. We provide a comprehensive five day training course geared towards the mechanics and technicians, and the problem areas that they encounter on a daily basis. This course is offered free of charge to our overhaul customers and is taught by one of our own instructors. The curriculum consists of one day of classroom work, and four days of "hands on" practical experience.

The classroom experience is focused on the theories and operations connected with the double seam and the seaming equipment used to perform this operation. The instructor utilizes lectures, slide presentations, and classroom discussions to communicate this information to the students prior to beginning the next phase of the training.

The "hands on" portion of the training is performed on the customer's machine and consists of several different aspects. For example, the students are taught how to check and set seams and set up the cover feed. In addition, disassembly and repair of the filler drive and in motion timer, seaming spindles, and lower chucks are also covered.

By the end of the training period, each student should be familiar enough with their equipment to be able to perform much more than just the basic maintenance. We also provide a copy of the latest shop manuals, along with any updates or engineering changes made to their seamer.
